We are committed to providing you with a seamless shipping and delivery experience across Australia. We do not ship internationally for the moment.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders over $89. For orders below this threshold, a standard shipping fee of $10 will apply. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team will process it within 3-4 business days, as each item is handmade to order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events and take additional time.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia. Generally, orders will be dispatched after the above processing time and can be expected to arrive within 3-8 business days after dispatch. For remote areas, delivery may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your candles to you as quickly as possible.
